FormSpring has published an iPhone application that allows users to view, collect and search online FormSpring data whenever an Internet connection is available. Along with building complex searches that can be saved for repeated use, FormSpring can also be used to upload audio and images directly from the iPhone's microphone or camera to a form, or to tag each submission with GPS coordinates. The app works in conjunction with FormSpring web-based tools, which allow users to create and edit forms. The service also provides payment integration with PayPal, Google Checkout, Authorize.net and First Data Integration.
FormSpring for the iPhone is available as a free download from iTunes. The app requires a FormSpring account, with several options ranging from limited free subscriptions to an unlimited version, with 2GB of upload storage, that is priced at $79 per month.
