A new iPhone nano is in the works and will be available to customers in time for Christmas 2008. According to The Daily Mail, reports say the phone will be launched in the UK at a cost of up to �150. The phone will work on a pay-as-you-go plan and will allegedly be exclusively available from O2 in the UK. The Daily Mail cites industry sources for all of the information. One claim hints that the iPhone nano will feature a touch wheel on the back and display on the front so that numbers will be dialed from behind. Sources also speculate that, "a cut down version, with the candy bar shape of iPod nano music players, would be a huge hit as a Christmas gift."
